📋 Description

• Provide telephone, remote technical support, and remote diagnostics to external healthcare customers and field partners • Act as a Philips Representative when responding to customer inquiries • Resolve customer service events using Philips tools and resources • Escalate customer product issues to higher-level support • Use remote tools to resolve issues and avoid dispatching Field Service Engineers • Implement best practices and process improvements while diagnosing problems • Apply effective solutions and determine follow-up actions • Drive productivity through remote tools and technical skills • Respond to product inquiries by telephone, email, or chat • Work in a field role outside company facilities, generally at customer or supplier locations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Philips Image Guided Therapy (IGT) System—Azurion and/or Allura systems • Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment • Knowledge and use of necessary tools and test equipment • Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting and in a hospital/healthcare environment • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations • Ability to safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment • US work authorization; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered
