📋 Description

• Perform Certified Haas Annual Maintenance Programs (CHAMP) • Troubleshoot complex machine and equipment issues on site • Maximize customer machine uptime and manufacturing productivity • Collaborate with factory support and inside service teams to eliminate downtime • Complete inspections and finalize service reports • Provide feedback to the factory to improve service standards • Partner with clients and team members to manage service spending effectively • Ensure follow-up visits are executed smoothly • Respond to customer needs within 24 hours • Own the customer experience from start to finish • Track expenses and complete maintenance-related paperwork

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical and electrical skills • Mechatronics, machining, or engineering certificate or degree is a plus but not required • CNC or machine tool knowledge or experience is a plus • Working knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics is helpful • Ability to travel up to 80% of the month, Monday through Friday, to regional customer sites • Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers professionally • Ability to track expenses and manage maintenance-related paperwork
