📋 Description

• Serve as the connector for customer success • Onboard and offboard agencies • Ensure agencies use self-service support tools • Coordinate systems when customers change • Assist with agency document requests and commission troubleshooting • Resolve customer email cases accurately and promptly • Provide assistance with agency commission questions, account updates, and financial information • Manage final resolution of document requests from other teams • Assist customers with technical issues and work with Engineering on troubleshooting • Identify broader trends and opportunities and communicate them to leadership • Support agency partner setup, including CRM and portal configurations • Reverse engineer offboarding steps • Assist with business relationship changes across agencies, including consolidation or restructuring • Manage headcount processes, data alignment, job descriptions, and process continuity • Provide customer case and phone support to other teams as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required • 1 year in a high-volume customer contact environment preferred • Emerging ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to solve simple problems within the team with guidance, apply creativity, and challenge the status quo • Ability to collaborate productively and sustain working relationships • G-Suite Tools, Salesforce, collaboration tools (Slack preferred), and basic office machines • Basic self-direction and responsibility for own tasks, deliverables, and timelines • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential • Must live and work in the United States, excluding territories • Reliable, high-speed internet access
