📋 Description

• Deliver safe, high-quality concierge aesthetic care, including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels, skincare, and at-home facial experiences • Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and the provider’s personal network • Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records • Manage supplies responsibly • Follow Pinch protocols and clinical standards • Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and the Pinch clinical/support team • Use the Pinch platform to retain clients, run outreach, and grow the provider’s book

🎯 Requirements

• Active Minnesota APRN license; full practice authority preferred • Experience with injectables, including neurotoxin injections • Comfort treating independently • Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting such as a med spa, dermatology, plastics, or concierge practice • Strong patient communication and professionalism • Commitment to safety • Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking preferred • Interest in events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations preferred • Availability to treat 10–50 clients per month preferred
