📋 Description

• Lead the design, documentation, and maintenance of HR Operations SOPs • Build scalable, auditable process infrastructure and lead continuous improvement • Automate HR processes and own the intersection of HR technology and process • Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Security, HRBPs, and external auditors • Own UKG Ready optimization, configuration, workflows, integrations, data integrity, training, and reporting • Oversee domestic and international payroll, including merit cycles and bonus calculations • Own domestic and international benefits programs, renewals, carrier negotiations, cost modeling, and 401k administration • Oversee state and federal compliance, immigration, customer compliance audits, benefit audits, and compliance training • Direct pre-employment operations and onboarding governance • Lead, develop, and grow the HR Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR Operations experience • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role at a scaling technology company • Deep, hands-on HRIS expertise; UKG Ready experience strongly preferred • Experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing an HRIS • Proven ownership of payroll, multi-state compliance, benefits administration, international benefits programs, and 401k plan administration • Direct experience managing immigration programs including H-1B and green card sponsorships • Experience managing external audits, including 401k audits, customer compliance audits, and state/federal regulatory filings • Track record of building compliance training programs • Experience partnering with Finance, Legal, and IT • Strong SOPs discipline • Experience at a company scaling for growth strongly preferred • Familiarity with AI-enabled HR tools strongly preferred • Experience designing total rewards communication strategies strongly preferred • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred but not required
