📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted thought partner to leaders, helping shape and execute people strategies • Own employee relations end to end, including inquiries, accommodations, investigations, and performance matters • Coach and advise people managers on performance, team effectiveness, development, and organizational change • Maintain compliance with wage and hour, leave, accommodations, and documentation requirements • Own performance cycles, calibration, and career conversations • Strengthen job architecture and career frameworks • Leverage people data and insights to identify trends and inform decisions • Support engagement, culture, and development initiatives • Support onboarding, benefits administration, and people systems operations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including meaningful time as an HR/People Partner in a fast-growing tech or startup/scaleup environment • Bachelor’s degree • Demonstrated experience and ownership of employee relations, investigations, and performance management • Strong operator and advisor comfortable in ambiguity, able to challenge thinking and translate business needs into practical solutions • Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Track record coaching and influencing managers, including first-time leaders • Thorough knowledge of HR principles, compliance and leave & accommodation law, including FMLA, ADA interactive process, and state paid family leave • Exposure to job architecture, leveling, or compensation frameworks, or real interest in building that out • Excellent judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information • Resourceful self-starter with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • SPHR certification or concentration in Industrial Organizational Psychology is a plus
