📋 Description

• Partner with clients to analyze financial operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements within QAD ERP environments. • Support budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial reporting initiatives. • Lead client engagements, guide transformation initiatives, and serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5–15+ years of finance, QAD ERP, or consulting experience. • Strong expertise in core finance functions, including: • - Cost Accounting & Product Costing • - Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable • - Budgeting & Forecasting • - Fixed Assets • - General Ledger & Financial Reporting • - Balance Sheet and P&L analysis • Experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing or product-based environments. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders preferred.
