📋 Description

• Manage, design, and optimize data-related activities for FSA IAM systems • Ensure data is accurate, secure, well-organized, and efficiently shared for identity management, reporting, fraud analysis, and system integrations • Provide file layouts, source-to-target mappings, conceptual, logical, and physical data models, and data dictionaries for intersystem connections, loads, and extracts • Design, support, and enhance automated processes for internal data sharing with authorized FSA applications • Support analytics for user account analysis and fraud detection • Support network management tasks related to data flows and capture true user IP addresses • Implement network edge protection measures • Enable analytic tagging and dynamic error messaging • Maintain application-specific information (ASI) documentation • Support AIMS token management data processes • Handle database configurations, performance tuning, backups, monitoring, and capacity management

🎯 Requirements

• Required Public Trust clearance • Required Bachelor's education • Required 8 years of experience • Strong expertise in database administration, data modeling, and data engineering • Proficiency with relational databases, data modeling tools, and ETL processes • Ability to create and maintain clear data models, mappings, and dictionaries • Experience with secure handling of sensitive identity and PII data • Knowledge of performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning for databases • Good understanding of data integration, sharing, and analytics support • Attention to detail and strong documentation skills • Ability to collaborate with development, security, and operations teams • Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting data and database issues • Familiarity with federal IT environments and compliance requirements is preferred
