📋 Description

• Support quality assurance and automated testing efforts for a mission-critical federal IAM program • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites • Execute unit, regression, and integration testing • Perform code reviews with development team members • Validate performance, security, scalability, and compliance requirements • Ensure user-story acceptance criteria are satisfied before deployment • Support functional and security testing of FSA applications and services integrated with the IAM platform • Develop and execute test plans across development, test, EPT, and production environments • Collaborate with FSA Product Owners on testing requirements and user-story testability • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Validate automated and manual test suites before release or deployment • Document test results, defects, and test coverage metrics and report to FSA and development teams • Support application migration into the integrated IAM platform • Maintain test automation code and test data in version control • Collaborate with DevSecOps and infrastructure teams to support CI/CD pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• Required Clearance: Public Trust • Required Education: Bachelors Degree • Required Experience: 1 year • Expertise in test automation frameworks • Knowledge of agile testing methodologies • Experience with functional and security testing of enterprise IAM solutions • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites using industry-standard frameworks and tools • Experience with unit, regression, and integration testing • Experience performing code reviews • Knowledge of performance, security, scalability, and compliance testing • Ability to test authentication, authorization, and audit capabilities • Experience maintaining test automation code and test data in version control systems • Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines • Ability to work in an agile development environment
