📋 Description

• Promote TxPredictor™ to transplant centers, HLA laboratories, clinicians, and other key stakeholders throughout the assigned territory • Drive revenue growth, market development, and adoption of molecular HLA compatibility and immunologic risk assessment • Educate transplant clinicians, HLA professionals, and stakeholders on the clinical value of Pirche-based assessments • Support integration of TxPredictor™ into transplant center workflows and clinical decision-making • Develop trusted relationships with transplant physicians, surgeons, nephrologists, HLA laboratory directors, coordinators, pharmacists, administrators, and key opinion leaders • Establish and expand Pirche’s presence within academic medical centers, transplant programs, HLA laboratories, and healthcare networks • Identify clinical champions and institutional stakeholders who support adoption • Create and execute territory- and account-specific business plans • Achieve territory revenue and performance objectives through territory management, consultative selling, new-account development, and increased utilization • Build and maintain a qualified transplant-center sales pipeline • Guide prospects through evaluation, implementation, and ongoing utilization • Serve as a clinical and technical resource on Pirche technology, molecular HLA compatibility, immunologic risk assessment, and TxPredictor™ • Collaborate with scientific, clinical, customer support, marketing, and leadership teams • Represent Pirche at transplant conferences, professional meetings, educational programs, exhibits, and strategic events • Monitor transplantation developments, competing technologies, clinical evidence, and evolving transplant practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background required • Advanced clinical or scientific education is highly desirable • Three to five years of progressive experience in healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, transplantation, nephrology, laboratory, or specialty sales preferred • Experience in transplantation, nephrology, cardiology, pulmonology, HLA/histocompatibility, transplant diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, or a related specialty market is highly advantageous • Established relationships with transplant physicians, nephrologists, HLA laboratory professionals, transplant administrators, or other transplant stakeholders are strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex academic medical centers, transplant programs, and large healthcare systems • Experience working with major institutions in the assigned territory is highly desirable • Ability to travel approximately 50%, or as necessary, throughout the assigned territory • Ability to understand and communicate transplantation, HLA compatibility, immunologic risk, donor-specific antibodies, molecular mismatch, and transplant outcomes concepts • Ability to navigate complex institutional decision-making processes and overcome barriers to adoption • Consultative selling skills • Executive and key opinion leader engagement skills • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills • Strong self-motivation, initiative, accountability, organization, and time-management skills • Ability to develop account strategies, manage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, track performance, and work toward revenue objectives
