📋 Description

• Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes shipping and mailing equipment, from inserters to lockers • Support hardware and software solutions • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to reduce client callbacks • Train clients on Pitney Bowes equipment during installation • Provide 100% client-facing service as a Pitney Bowes representative • Cover a multi-zip code territory with significant windshield time • Use hand tools and small power tools for repairs, maintenance, and installations • Maintain a safe and clean work environment • Provide service to a variety of clients throughout the client lifecycle and experience

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation • Ability to lift 55 lbs or more with or without accommodation • Ability to travel within a multi-zip code territory with up to 80% windshield time • Ability to bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods of time • Complete familiarity with a Windows environment and basic knowledge of PC and Networking (Preferred) • Experience with automated equipment (Preferred) • Must be legally authorized to work in the US; employer will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future • Mechanically inclined and comfortable repairing or troubleshooting hardware and software solutions
