📋 Description

• Lead how the Professional Services organization adopts AI to enable faster, higher-quality customer implementations • Report to the VP of Customer Engagement at the intersection of change management, delivery acceleration, and applied AI • Drive adoption of new AI tools and ways of working across the Professional Services team • Build AI fluency through hands-on enablement, playbooks, office hours, and coaching • Identify and remove adoption friction, habits, and process gaps, tracking adoption depth • Act as an internal champion and translator between Professional Services, IT, Business Operations, and Legal • Re-engineer the implementation lifecycle around AI from scoping and configuration through documentation and customer communication • Design, prototype, and scale AI-assisted workflows for status reporting, meeting summarization, proposal and SOW drafting, and knowledge capture • Partner with delivery leads to embed workflows into live projects, measure time saved, and refine them • Use AI to accelerate data mapping, configuration, validation, troubleshooting, and customer integrations • Build reusable AI-assisted accelerators and templates to shorten integration cycles • Evaluate emerging AI solutions for fit and impact within the Professional Services operating model

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services, consulting, delivery, or operations within SaaS / enterprise software • Demonstrated experience leading change or adoption initiatives that shifted how a team works • Hands-on experience using Claude or other AI assistants to improve real team workflows • Strong grasp of the implementation and integration lifecycle • Track record of making delivery faster • Exceptional communication and influencing skills • Comfortable coaching peers and presenting to senior stakeholders across remote teams • Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI workflow design • Experience with integration tooling, data mapping, or APIs • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Planful, or similar EPM/CRM platforms • Change-management credentials or process-improvement certification • Experience building enablement, documentation, or knowledge systems such as Notion or equivalent
