📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting • Drive hiring strategy and partner with company leaders • Lead first-in-kind searches • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience • Partner with senior leaders across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and G&A to develop and execute recruiting strategies • Create strategic sourcing plans for candidates with diverse backgrounds • Track and analyze recruiting metrics • Report hiring progress to business leadership regularly • Initiate and implement creative, scalable changes to recruiting strategies • Collaborate with Finance, People Operations, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to deliver a holistic candidate experience and close top talent

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the SaaS space • Experience filling roles in Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and/or Sales • Track record or aptitude for identifying and qualifying a diverse pool of candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative methods • Strong executive communication skills • Ability to influence and guide senior leaders • Positive personality and willingness to help with special projects • Ability to take ownership and initiative • Ability to work effectively and independently • Strong work ethic • High sense of urgency • Ability to deliver results
