📋 Description

• Serve as the principal liaison for the Practice Groups EHR delivery team • Lead software implementation and training of best practices in Long-Term and Post-Acute Care environments • Document customer requirements and translate technical requirements into system configurations • Lead business discovery and develop delivery approach recommendations • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security for customer databases • Validate implementation plans and manage communication among project stakeholders • Prepare and deliver customer implementation training based on adult learning principles • Define training expectations and deliver train-the-trainer programs • Conduct learning-needs and readiness assessments • Support customer change management, adoption, and user readiness • Troubleshoot configuration issues and recommend configuration improvements • Maintain training databases for product releases and enhancements • Build stakeholder relationships and communicate issues, risks, escalations, timelines, and delays • Monitor adoption metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Maintain expertise across multiple product offerings and end-to-end solution outcomes • Travel to customer on-site locations when needed to lead meetings and presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business or a technology-related field (preferred) • Previous experience configuring or implementing a software solution, database testing, and end-user support (preferred) • Consulting experience within a software organization performing workflow analysis and documenting and delivering recommendations • Experience working on multiple project teams simultaneously while balancing milestones and objectives efficiently and on time • 2–4+ years in a software implementation role • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to quality validation processes • Proven ability to take accountability for a project, demonstrate initiative, and deliver • Ability to work independently, prioritize delivery, and adapt priorities • Results-oriented with adaptability, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
