📋 Description

• Own the architecture and long-term direction of the intelligence-fusion platform • Make technical decisions determining the platform’s future direction • Design detection and correlation approaches to anticipate evolving manipulation and evasion • Ingest new on-chain and OSINT data sources • Extract additional signal from existing and unused data sources • Build automation connecting signal detection to case assignment • Remove manual steps that slow investigators down • Pair with analysts and investigators to convert instincts and workflows into repeatable, auditable tooling • Ensure tooling withstands legal scrutiny

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of owning a complex data system end-to-end over a multi-year horizon • Experience making architecture decisions and materially improving systems • Senior data or detection engineering experience at scale • Deep fluency with SQL • Proficiency in Python or equivalent • Experience with data pipelines • Experience with scheduled and event-driven systems • Hands-on depth in data fusion and entity resolution • Ability to resolve heterogeneous, messy inputs to a shared entity model • Ability to reason about scoring and corroboration to distinguish signals from noise • Comfort working directly with investigators and analysts • Ability to translate domain instinct into working technical capabilities • Care that tooling withstands legal and audit review • Genuine interest in market integrity and detecting evasion • Prior experience alongside fraud, trust and safety, or investigations teams is a plus • Exposure to on-chain or crypto data analysis, including blockchain transaction data or wallet clustering, is a plus • Must be located in the U.S.
