📋 Description

• Execute accurate, timely scheduling of clinicians and Child Developmental Specialist (CDS) providers for ongoing services, evaluations, and reassessments • Adhere to scheduling protocols, service delivery requirements, and provider availability rules • Maintain schedules, time blocks, and session details aligned with authorization limits, session types, CPT codes, and documentation requirements • Respond to schedule changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage needs while minimizing service disruptions • Identify scheduling gaps or conflicts and escalate issues to the Director • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across scheduling platforms, EMR systems, and workforce tools • Review schedules for completeness, accuracy, and compliance • Provide feedback on workflows, recurring issues, and operational bottlenecks • Align client needs with Clinical Lead and CDS availability to optimize caseload distribution and productivity • Monitor utilization trends, staffing changes, and capacity constraints across assigned regions • Forecast coverage gaps and inform resource planning with the Central Scheduling Director • Serve as a primary contact for scheduling questions from clinical, operations, administrative, and client-facing teams • Communicate with families regarding scheduling changes, availability, and service coordination • Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, and administrative teams to support high-quality service delivery and client experience • Participate in team meetings, training updates, and workflow alignment initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree Preferred • 2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience within healthcare, human services, or another high-volume, service-based environment • Strong understanding of scheduling dynamics, provider availability management, and client-service workflows • Proficiency in scheduling platforms, EMR systems, and operational tools • Fluency in Spanish is required • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-management skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving operational needs • Candidates must reside within the United States and in the EST, CST, or MT time zones • Willingness to complete and pass a background check and fingerprinting prior to employment
