• Sell PowerSchool professional services to public and private K-12 school districts in an assigned territory • Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with existing customers • Achieve company-designated professional services sales targets and assigned quota • Qualify leads, identify decision makers, determine customer needs, and present the benefits of Professional Services solutions • Build strategic business plans, overcome objections, and close sales • Expand knowledge of designated applications and client business processes • Act as a subject matter expert for Professional Services and the Customer Journey • Manage and submit weekly forecasts against assigned quota • Lead effective Professional Services sessions for varied audiences and customer roles • Determine client needs and recommend current and future value-added services and products • Develop and execute marketing campaigns focused on the assigned territory and services offerings • Liaise with clients on-site, by phone, or email; set project and software expectations • Respond to feedback and resolve issues while meeting business objectives • Work independently and contribute positively to a team environment • Perform all other duties as assigned
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant and related work experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience • Travel occasionally, up to 25-40%, for team summits, training, customer meetings, company events, and peak-period business demands • Proficient in MS Office suite products (PPT/Word/Excel) • Proficient in Office 365, SharePoint, and other technical collaborative environments • Previous CRM experience preferred; Salesforce a plus • Team player mindset with drive, conviction, and positive energy • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills • Sales abilities to meet or exceed sales targets within an assigned territory • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and positive work relationships
