📋 Description

• Manage the dental revenue cycle, including insurance payment posting and claim processing • Submit clean claims and resolve claim rejections and denials • Apply insurance payment adjustments and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) procedures • Maintain accounts receivable and work to reduce insurance aging • Utilize payer portals, clearinghouses, and practice management software • Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate patient account documentation • Support a portfolio of 4 to 5 dental practice clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of dental insurance billing experience, including multi-office account management • Strong knowledge of CDT coding, dental terminology, and revenue cycle management • Experience with insurance payer websites, EFT retrieval, claims submission, and payment posting • Familiarity with clearinghouses; Vyne experience preferred • Proficiency in Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Dentrix, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred • Maintain 98%+ posting accuracy • Achieve a 90%+ audit score
