📋 Description

• Own the billing function and contribute to revenue accounting • Automate manual billing work, reconciliations, invoice generation, exception flagging, and data validation • Build AI-assisted workflows with review processes and controls for accuracy and audit readiness • Strengthen revenue accounting records and documentation • Evaluate and implement billing solutions • Build and prioritize an automation roadmap and measure time savings • Build scalable billing processes that reduce key-person dependency • Partner with Sales, Legal, and Accounting on contract, policy, and downstream billing impacts • Map the full revenue and billing process within the first 30 days • Automate at least one high-volume manual billing process end to end within the first 90 days • Deliver an audit-ready revenue accounting improvement within the first two quarters

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated AI fluency in identifying finance processes to automate, building workflows, and verifying AI output • Senior experience across revenue accounting and billing operations • Hands-on experience evaluating and implementing billing solutions • Experience automating billing or finance processes • Experience leading external audits • Experience building and maintaining audit-ready processes and controls • Strategic judgment on automation sequencing and scalable controls • Hands-on builder mindset and ability to operate in the details • Clear cross-functional communication with Sales, Legal, and Accounting
