📋 Description

• Independently drive features from design through delivery • Provide reliable platform support during US hours • Design, architect, develop, and unit test applications • Collaborate with architects, UI/UX experts, and software developers • Own technical designs and participate in technical discussions • Deliver scalable, stable, maintainable, and highly available products and features • Communicate across teams and time zones • Balance feature development with operational excellence • Bring a customer-first mindset while maintaining high engineering standards • Propose ideas and solutions to stakeholders and the product team • Contribute to strategy and roadmap development • Help build a high-volume, multi-tenant platform with near-real-time analytics • Participate in, guide, and mentor team members on architecture and design

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field • 8+ years of experience developing enterprise software • Hands-on expertise in Node.js, Go (Golang), React, and MongoDB • Strong full-stack development experience • Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills • Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture • Understanding and hands-on experience with design patterns and architectural patterns • Excellent knowledge of OOP concepts • Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and cloud-native application development • Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive work to completion • Ability to work with diverse and distributed product teams in an agile environment • Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor • Uses AI for code review, documentation, and test generation • Familiarity with LLM APIs or agentic workflows • Understanding of responsible AI principles including bias, security, and explainability • Candidates must be based in the United States and able to work Eastern Time business hours
