📋 Description

• Lead the global grants team responsible for processing investigator site payments through the CTMS • Serve as the financial lead on global project teams for site payments • Ensure payments are accurate, timely, and compliant with Clinical Trial Agreement financial terms • Oversee advance reconciliations, payment reporting, and month-end close reporting • Lead implementation of the CTMS Site Payment Module, including data validation, system setup, training-material development, and team transition • Oversee setup and maintenance of global site payment terms in the CTMS • Interpret Clinical Trial Agreement financial sections and configure payment schedules accurately • Work with Project Directors and Project Managers on CTA financial guidance and payment-eligible activities • Ensure visits and other payment-eligible activities are accurately captured in the CTMS • Oversee Sunshine Act Reporting and other client reporting using CTMS payment data • Lead client meetings reviewing investigator grant results, accruals, forecasting, and change order budgets • Participate in internal team calls and Quarterly Business Review Meetings • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance or similar field • Minimum of 5 years of CRO experience or equivalent relevant experience and/or demonstrated competencies in the key requirements of the role • Experience implementing the site payment module within a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), including data validation, system setup, and user training; experience with Veeva Vault CTMS preferred • Minimum of 3 years of managing direct reports • Experience with clinical trial payment process, internationally • Experience with clinical trial agreements and site budgets • Strong understanding of the study start-up process • Strong analytical skills • Excellent time management skills • Ability to analyze, reconcile, and communicate financial results with project teams, investigator sites, and clients • Strong working knowledge of grant administration and site contracting processes on a global basis • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work and plan independently and in a team environment • Ability to focus on continuous improvement and enhance internal controls • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
