📋 Description

• Lead the global grants team responsible for processing investigator site payments through the CTMS • Serve as the financial lead for global site payments on project teams • Ensure payments are accurate, timely, and compliant with Clinical Trial Agreement financial terms • Oversee advance reconciliations and month-end reporting • Partner with clients to review monthly investigator grant results, accruals, forecasting, and change order budgets • Liaise with Business Operational Excellence on CTMS Site Payment Module implementation • Perform data validation, system setup, and training-material development • Lead the team's transition to CTMS-based site payment processing • Oversee setup and maintenance of global site payment terms in the CTMS • Interpret CTA financial sections and configure accurate payment schedules • Generate global month-end CTMS reports covering invoices, payments, advance balances, prepaid analysis, projections, and KPIs • Guide Project Directors and Project Managers on CTA financial terms • Ensure visits and payment-eligible activities are accurately captured in the CTMS • Ensure site payments meet CTA terms with appropriate review, approval, and internal controls • Oversee Sunshine Act Reporting and other client reporting • Lead regular client meetings and participate in internal calls and Quarterly Business Review Meetings • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance or similar field • Minimum of 5 years of CRO experience or equivalent relevant experience and/or demonstrated competencies in the key requirements of the role • Experience implementing the site payment module within a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), including data validation, system setup, and user training; experience with Veeva Vault CTMS preferred • Minimum of 3 years of managing direct reports • Experience with clinical trial payment process, internationally • Experience with clinical trial agreements and site budgets • Strong understanding of the study start-up process • Strong analytical skills • Excellent time management skills • Ability to analyze, reconcile, and communicate financial results with project teams, investigator sites, and clients • Strong working knowledge of grant administration and site contracting processes globally • Strong financial and analytical skills • Ability to work on multiple assignments with personnel throughout the organization • Ability to learn quickly and provide value-added services • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work and plan independently and in a team environment • Focus on continuous improvement and enhancing internal controls • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employer sponsorship
