📋 Description

• Play a critical role on Precision AQ’s Medical Communications Strategic Account Management team • Support the growth and health of key accounts while learning to build trusted client partnerships • Deepen client relationships and help translate strategy into action • Contribute to business growth and career advancement within the organization • Serve as day-to-day client contact on assigned accounts • Help translate client vision into actionable plans and high-quality deliverables • Build trust with clients through strong communication and strategic thinking • Support scoping of work and ongoing management of account finances • Monitor budgets and team efficiency to ensure work is delivered within scope • Participate in client meetings, status calls, and planning calls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical communications, agency account management, strategic account support, or a related client-facing role, OR an advanced doctoral-level degree (e.g., PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent) • Experience working directly with pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare clients • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and contribute to strategic discussions • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including PowerPoint proficiency • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
