📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Finance business processes, systems functionality, configuration, and capabilities • Maintain, administer, and support Finance Systems and ancillary systems • Assist with development and maintenance of a reporting repository • Support reporting and analytics requests • Seek opportunities to enhance Workday Financials, related processes, and reporting • Research new functionalities, engage with Workday Community, and remain informed of best practices • Create and maintain user guides, process flows, and configuration documentation • Assist with Workday training for end users • Participate in scheduled system upgrades, including test plan development, regression testing, and reviewing and prototyping new functionality • Support change management activities, author user documentation, and facilitate training sessions • Gather and qualify business requirements and recommend solutions with IT, Payroll, and HR teams • Analyze, document, and streamline existing workflows • Maintain systems data accuracy through data loads and audits • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Workday Financial Analyst or similar role (Required) • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related area OR an additional four years of experience (Required) • Strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts (Required) • Pro Certifications in Workday Financials modules (Preferred) • Experience using AI and automation tools (Preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (VBA/Macros) and familiarity with SQL (Preferred) • Ability to keyboard and communicate clearly and understandably in person and over the telephone • Ability to perform essential sedentary physical requirements, with or without accommodation
