📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems • Perform billable client work and lead/manage significant workstreams or projects • Determine client needs based on engagement statements of work • Lead, guide, complete, interpret, and quality-assure data analyses • Form initial recommendations and develop final recommendations and solutions for clients • Develop deliverables and presentation materials for varied audiences • Assist with implementing recommended improvements • Manage project risks, issues, economics, budgets, expenses, profitability, administration, and logistics • Manage day-to-day activities and staff assigned to workstreams or projects • Build strong, referenceable client relationships • Mentor and educate project staff • Maintain utilization targets for billable projects • Participate in practice development and annual required training • Learn Premier technologies and services • Identify market opportunities, communicate leads, and contribute to sales presentations • Identify opportunities to improve profitability

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor’s degree required • Ability to coordinate and deliver effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences • Ability to conduct analyses, oversee, and mentor others in client deliverables • Ability to relate to clients and team members effectively and collaboratively • Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes • Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and interruptions • Willingness/ability to travel 61–80% within the US • Sedentary physical work, exerting up to 10 pounds occasionally or negligible force frequently/constantly
