📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to shape quality from the ground up • Analyze and evaluate business requirements and translate them into test strategies • Create, execute, and maintain test documentation and test plans • Perform manual and automated testing of web applications, including exploratory, functional, acceptance, regression, and UI testing • Test REST and GraphQL APIs and backend services for robustness and correctness • Identify, document, prioritize, and track quality issues and defects • Lead root cause analysis with developers to accelerate defect resolution • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices • Contribute to process improvements that raise product quality and engineering performance • Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines • Test web applications for WCAG/ADA accessibility compliance using manual and automated methods • Contribute to performance and security testing efforts where applicable

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in software QA • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes • Experience with test design techniques and practical implementation • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, client-server architecture, and APIs • Experience testing RESTful and GraphQL APIs • Awareness of accessibility standards such as WCAG • Experience testing with Axe, Lighthouse, or screen readers • Experience with automated testing frameworks including Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Espresso, and XCUITest • Solid experience with bug tracking systems such as JIRA • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Collaborative mindset and passion for high-quality, user-centered products • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Must not require employer sponsorship for a current or future work visa • Successful candidates must undergo a background check
