📋 Description

• Own the WordPress website, including day-to-day operations, technical troubleshooting, and monthly maintenance • Use website analytics to identify opportunities and implement UI/UX improvements for accessibility, performance, and engagement • Collaborate with the creative team on design discussions, technical feasibility, best practices, and global systems and standards • Translate Figma design systems and prototypes into responsive, production-ready builds • Implement responsive design across devices and screen sizes • Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and analytics tracking with cross-functional teams • Own website projects end-to-end from brief support through launch, with success metrics, stakeholder alignment, and QA • Support website migrations or redesigns with the Marketing Director and stakeholders • Drive AEO/SEO/GEO strategy and expand search and AI citation presence • Research and audit content gaps and implement on-page optimization, including meta tags, headings, and structured data markup • Conduct keyword research and analysis • Partner with the content team on optimization-aligned website content • Build automated web and search performance reporting, monitor metrics, and present insights and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and maintaining production websites, with substantial WordPress experience • Strong hands-on Elementor or comparable page builder skills, plus solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • PHP and custom WordPress theme or plugin development • Git and modern development workflows, ideally on WP Engine • REST APIs and third-party integrations • GA4 and Google Tag Manager, including event and data layer configuration, or similar tools • Ability to build reports and dashboards and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders • In-depth SEO knowledge and successful strategies, including AEO/GEO and AI search visibility • Practical WCAG 2.2 knowledge and sound judgment handling sensitive data • Experience owning a production system with clear patching and access practices • Strong design detail and consistency, with ability to translate Figma files or systems into polished, on-brand pages • Self-directed with strong prioritization across multiple projects • Clear, proactive communication and comfort taking remote direction from the Marketing Director • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Presence cannot provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
