📋 Description

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, infrastructure management, optimization, and operational changes across managed AWS and GCP environments • Diagnose complex operational issues and identify root causes • Use AI to accelerate investigation and resolution • Build automation and AI-driven workflows to eliminate repetitive work • Manage cloud-native compute, storage, networking, identity, monitoring, and security services • Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Google Deployment Manager • Create runbooks, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation • Measure and report on automation and AI initiatives and their impact on operational efficiency, service delivery, customer experience, and platform reliability • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, automation, and AI-first operational practices • Serve as the primary technical resource for managed services customers • Lead technical conversations with customers and internal account teams • Communicate about incidents, service requests, maintenance activities, and change implementations • Deliver customer service while maintaining SLA commitments • Mentor team members and lead technical initiatives • Provide technical leadership during complex incidents, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions • Help mature and scale Presidio’s GCP managed services capabilities alongside its AWS practice

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years experience troubleshooting and managing core services in both AWS and GCP, including compute, networking, identity, storage, monitoring/observability, and security • 3+ years developing automation solutions using Python, Infrastructure-as-Code, APIs, workflows, or orchestration tools • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, managed services, or platform engineering environments • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools, assistants, and automation platforms to improve operational efficiency and accelerate problem resolution • Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs and cloud-native services • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with a proven ability to diagnose complex technical issues • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience supporting containerized workloads • At least one current AWS or GCP certification, or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire • Must be eligible to support public sector customers and successfully complete required criminal history, fingerprint-based, or other customer-mandated background investigations • Must be available during designated shift hours; after-hours escalation and on-call rotation may be required • Must be a US Citizen • Proof of active certification(s) is required • Must successfully complete and maintain all customer-required background investigations and eligibility requirements • Desired: experience at an AWS/GCP MSP • Desired: production experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP • Desired: experience building AI-powered operational workflows and intelligent automation solutions • Desired: experience with LLMs, generative AI platforms, and AI assistants • Desired: experience integrating Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI APIs, or similar platforms • Desired: experience developing agentic workflows, AI orchestration frameworks, or autonomous operational processes • Desired: experience with AIOps platforms, observability tools, and intelligent event correlation systems • Desired: experience building knowledge retrieval, RAG, or AI-assisted support solutions • Desired: experience with cost optimization and rightsizing across AWS and GCP • Desired: experience troubleshooting EKS/AKS/GKE implementations
