📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Architects, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance management • Develop and implement standardized methodologies for technical pre-sales engagements, POCs, and solution designs • Collaborate with Sales leadership to define and execute technical pre-sales strategy • Participate in strategic customer engagements and complex technical discussions • Create and maintain best practices documentation for solution design and technical pre-sales processes • Build and manage relationships with key technology partners and stakeholders including AWS and Microsoft • Allocate SOW requests to the appropriate Solution Architect and QA final proposals • Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning for the Solutions Architecture team • Drive continuous improvement in team processes and methodologies • Contribute to team strategy, process and methodology based on market and customer feedback • Develop and implement standardized methodologies for solution design, deployment, and optimization, incorporating financial-specific frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or similar customer-facing technical roles • 5+ years of experience in delivery and pre-sales of consulting and advisory services for strategic solutions such as IT strategy, Application Placement, and Cloud Governance • 3+ years of people management experience, preferably leading solutions architects or technical teams • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps), container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing technical teams • Experience in developing pre-sales methodologies and best practices • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex technical solutions to both technical and business audiences • Strong background in cloud architecture, cloud migration, and infrastructure automation • Experience with budget management and resource planning • Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and modern application architectures
