📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic advisor to client leadership teams. • Manage survey cycles with strong project management discipline. • Present survey findings virtually and in-person to senior leadership teams. • Train and support clients in the use of Press Ganey’s online tools. • Collaborate across Press Ganey to deliver integrated solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare, human resources, business, or a related discipline. • 4+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, HR, or a related field. • Deep expertise in employee engagement. • Exceptional presentation skills with proven ability to establish credibility in executive settings. • Experience working in or advising within the healthcare industry. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
