📋 Description

• Assist in developing the financial component of request for proposal (RFP) responses • Coordinate with Senior Pricing Analysts and internal divisions to collect information for competitive offers while meeting financial targets • Create analytical summaries of pricing outcomes and benchmark comparisons • Complete one to two annual high-visibility department projects • Consult on financial and operational performance guarantees • Gather and examine documentation and data for moderate to complex RFP pricing • Evaluate customer and prospect utilization and financial experience, and recommend proposal direction • Maintain documentation and reports, including pricing decisions, communications, and files • Participate in developing methodologies, models, reports, and strategies • Track and review RFP information, data, and potential issues across RFPs • Adhere to RFP timelines and communicate blockers or delays proactively • Manage at least one process improvement project at a time, or as assigned • Serve as subject matter expert for assigned client workload, including contract definitions, exclusions, pricing, and caveats • Interpret and deploy solutions for ancillary client inquiries, including impact summaries and “what if” questions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, accounting, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience • High school diploma or GED required • 2 years of related work experience in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics, or 3 years of direct PBM Pricing/Rebate Analytics experience • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship • In-depth knowledge of mathematical applications used in underwriting, including rebate performance, proportions, percentages, business mathematics, and algebra • Critical-thinking ability to solve problems without a prescribed solution • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions in one-on-one or small-group situations • Self-sufficient • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to run and interpret standard data-pull queries • Ability to write basic queries using BigQuery, SQL, Python, or other relational database languages • Ability to summarize and report on basic data structures • Strong personal organizational skills • Ability to comply with security responsibilities, legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements • Ability to perform essential job functions, with reasonable accommodations available when requested
