📋 Description

• Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient data solutions • Ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements • Collaborate cross-functionally to align data solutions with business strategy and enterprise standards • Direct selection and integration of advanced methodologies, frameworks, and data engineering technologies • Conduct proof-of-concepts and evaluate new products • Recommend adoption of viable solutions • Provide guidance and mentorship to intermediate and junior engineers • Define and monitor performance metrics for operational health, stability, and sustainability • Deliver documentation, roadmaps, and technical recommendations for leadership review • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience • High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED required • 5 years work experience in data engineering or related field • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, including HIPAA and PCI • Skilled presenter, able to tailor technical and non-technical material to diverse audiences • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with sound judgment • Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into stable, supportable solutions • Excellent written documentation and communication skills
