📋 Description

• Transform innovative ideas and research into robust, production-grade software for autonomous platforms • Contribute directly to coding and system design • Collaborate closely with the R&D team to turn concepts and prototypes into robust, high-performance production code • Establish clear objectives and timelines for collaborative development • Conduct performance analysis and apply low-level optimizations for efficiency, portability, and scalability • Solve complex problems in critical areas • Integrate developer software with robotic systems, sensors, and other hardware

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required • Current residency within the United States required • Permanent Residency (Green Card status) or visa sponsorship cannot satisfy the regulatory requirements • Demonstrated expertise in C++ and/or Python • Demonstrated expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system-level programming concepts, including threading, synchronization, and memory management • Demonstrated expertise in debugging, profiling, and optimizing complex software systems • Familiarity with autonomy, performance-critical systems, or robotics desirable • Experience with machine learning methods for natural language processing and autonomy desirable • Experience with embedded systems and real-time applications desirable
