📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a professional office environment • Clear verbal and written communication skills • Proactive approach to learning new processes and solving basic technical puzzles • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment • Patient, eager to learn, and collaborative • FinTech or Banking interest is a plus • Requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping and stretching • Ability to lift 10 pounds • Eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and normal range of hearing and vision (with or without correction)
