📋 Description

• Partner with Prisma leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable operating plans • Establish and manage the operating cadence, quarterly planning, business reviews, and performance reporting • Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards for data-driven decision-making • Drive accountability and own the execution framework for strategic priorities • Identify missed commitments, resolve cross-functional blockers, escalate risks, and drive corrective action • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve execution, efficiency, and customer outcomes • Partner with Finance and functional leaders to establish and monitor business metrics • Improve alignment and execution across Sales, Customer Success, Implementations, Operations, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance • Improve communication and coordination across teams to ensure seamless customer experiences • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end customer operating model across the customer lifecycle • Identify and resolve gaps, risks, dependencies, and breakdowns across the customer journey • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational performance and support business growth • Design and implement scalable operating processes • Simplify workflows and improve operational efficiency while preserving agility • Establish performance metrics that drive accountability and continuous improvement • Foster a culture of ownership, execution, collaboration, and operational excellence • Coach and develop team members • Build management systems that improve prioritization, communication, and accountability • Partner with leadership on organizational planning, talent acquisition, and resource allocation • Establish disciplined operating cadence, dashboards, KPIs, cross-functional processes, and scalable operational structure within the first 12–18 months

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business operations, operational excellence, or general management within SaaS, PropTech, FinTech, Payments, or other high-growth technology businesses • Preferred experience in FinTech and/or PropTech • Demonstrated success helping organizations scale through periods of rapid growth and organizational change • Experience creating operational structure and processes in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operational decisions to commercial and financial outcomes • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization • Proven ability to lead through influence, build alignment across functions, and drive execution without unnecessary complexity • Bachelor’s degree required • Advanced degree preferred • Requires the ability to lift 10 pounds • Requires eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and a normal range of hearing and vision (with or without correction)
