📋 Description

• Report to the Director of Finance • Assist with monthly close, accounts payable, billing, and compliance processes • Enter journal entries • Reconcile cash and general ledger accounts • Document processes and assist with special projects • Prepare accurate and timely journal entries with supporting documentation • Prepare monthly bank and general ledger account reconciliations • Follow up on outstanding items • Analyze financial information and summarize financial results for management • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls • Ensure desktop procedures are complete, accurate, and updated timely • Provide input into the department’s goal-setting process • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required • 1+ years of direct accounting experience required • Month end close experience is a plus • General knowledge of finance and accounting functions, including revenue, budgeting, credit, reconciliations, and internal controls • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills • Experience with ERP systems is a plus • Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not required • Working knowledge of US GAAP • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations • Minimum internet speed of 5 MBPS download and 3 MBPS upload for remote work
