📋 Description

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of in-person, eLearning, and virtual training programs • Stay up-to-date on new features in athenaOne and their applications for Privia Medical Group providers • Communicate with department leaders to ensure exceptional Care Center experiences and outcomes tied to critical initiatives • Lead iterative process improvement, escalations, and innovation • Mentor and coach a team of trainers • Serve as training, workflow, and configuration workstream lead for new markets and enterprise groups • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs • Evaluate and update training materials • Support and develop internal athena training programs for new hires • Support market-based teams with issue resolution, new initiatives, and subject matter expertise • Provide direction and education for market-based training programs • Act as a subject matter expert for Privia Health's technology platform and workflows • Facilitate national training requests and resource allocation of national trainers • Partner with internal and external stakeholders on pre- and post-live training • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization • Collaborate with Clinical IT on pilot opportunities, enhancement requests, and release cycles • Develop, lead, and execute initiatives to operationalize strategies through training • Track and report operational and functional metrics • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant necessary experience • 3+ years experience in athenahealth • Knowledge of extended medical terminology • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations • Minimum 5 MBPS download speed for remote workers • Minimum 3 MBPS upload speed for remote workers • 50% travel required
