📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle from first discovery call to close • Run discovery calls to understand prospects' workflow pain points • Present and demo Process Street to prospective clients • Sell Process Street and Dash, articulating how AI agents change the way teams operate • Leverage AI tools to optimize sales workflows, boost productivity, and shorten the feedback loop • Build and refine the inbound conversion playbook • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene • Collaborate with Customer Success on handoffs and early expansion opportunities • Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics and quarterly pipeline targets

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience selling AI tools, SaaS, or professional services with full-cycle closing exposure • Comfortable selling something new and discussing an emerging product in a category that is still being defined • Entrepreneurial and self-directed • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to figure things out and ship without waiting for a playbook • 'Challenger' or Gap seller • Proven track record of sales target attainment and exceeding goals • Passion for start-ups and technology • Adaptable and a fast learner • Coachable, curious, and hungry to learn sales craft • Clear and confident communication • Enthusiasm for improving processes and systems
