📋 Description

• Work with Project Managers to assess strategic goals and business processes and create solutions supporting client use cases • Work with Customer Success Managers to deliver ongoing services supporting continuous process improvement and long-term platform value realization • Interpret, consult on, and enhance client strategic goals, initiatives, and outcomes • Synthesize client business motivations, operations, and business analysis • Develop strategies for client operational needs • Partner with Strategic Product Consultants on client best practices, SOPs, rollout and training strategies, and rollout execution • Leverage construction-industry knowledge to improve client business processes in Procore and across the client organization • Provide high-level service and education to Procore clients through clear and effective communication • Foster team culture by onboarding, training, and mentoring team members • Collaborate across Procore to develop best practices and drive product and market leadership • Develop mastery of Procore products, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices • Travel up to 50% to client sites, industry events, and Procore offices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry • Previous experience as Project Director, Project Manager, or Construction Manager • Experience managing project financials, including budget, general conditions, forecasting, and profit projections • Experience managing contracts, change orders, and invoices both upstream and downstream • Experience managing resources, including time tracking, productivity tracking, equipment management, labor plans, and resource scheduling • Experience establishing SOPs or programs preferred • Training or software support preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Knowledge of the construction industry • Knowledge of Procore software platforms and product offerings • Ability to travel up to 50%, including domestic and international travel
