📋 Description

• Make outbound and inbound calls • Collect on accounts that are past due • Provide top-tier support and service to customers • Complete five weeks of mandatory full-time virtual training • Work assigned Monday-Friday shifts and required Saturdays • Complete a 10-minute virtual introduction after applying

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required) • Customer service and prior collections experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Computer and typing literacy/proficiency • Ability to work with multiple software applications and screens simultaneously • Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Must be 18 years or older • Residence within a 60-mile radius of Draper, Utah • Designated home-based workspace • Wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload • Wireless, DSL, and satellite internet service providers are not compatible • Availability for five weeks of mandatory full-time virtual training with 100% attendance • Availability for Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM-8:00 PM shifts and required Saturday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM shifts
