📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Panther across engineering, production, commercial, and leadership roles • Kick off searches with hiring managers, define requirements, interview panels, and timelines • Write and post job descriptions • Map target companies and talent across medical device, biotech, CDMO, cosmetics, consumer brands, and complex manufacturing • Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks • Review applications in Ashby using evaluation frameworks and AI-assisted screening • Conduct recruiter screens and provide assessments with recommendations • Design interview processes and coordinate scheduling, including CEO interviews and in-person final rounds in New York and Pittsburgh • Lead debriefs and maintain scored candidate trackers and shortlists • Benchmark compensation, recommend offers, explain stock options, and close offers • Run reference checks, prepare offer letters, and coordinate onboarding logistics • Report weekly to the CEO and leadership on pipeline, progress, and risks • Support headcount planning and prioritize roles against the hiring plan • Maintain careers-site content and job postings • Manage recruiting tools and spend, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job ads • Use AI daily for sourcing, job descriptions, and candidate summaries

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, owning searches end to end with little or no support • Ability to identify high-potential candidates and assess startup fit • Generalist recruiting experience hiring for technical, manufacturing, quality, R&D, commercial, or go-to-market roles • Strong sourcing skills and experience hiring passive candidates • Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously • Confidence partnering with executives and hiring managers • Experience building and closing offers involving base, bonus, and equity • Experience with an applicant tracking system, ideally Ashby • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Discretion handling confidential information • Recruiting experience in medical devices, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences is a plus • Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus • Experience with Director, VP, or C-suite searches is a plus • Experience using AI tools in recruiting is a plus • Must answer whether sponsorship will be required to work in the United States
