📋 Description

• Help healthcare organizations solve complex challenges through strategic process improvement, complex project management, and problem-solving • Drive ServiceNow consolidation and other enterprise technology initiatives • Manage project scope, budget, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications • Lead project governance and steering committee meetings • Work directly with senior stakeholders • Provide advisory support to healthcare organization clients • Contribute to healthcare technology strategy and implementation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant ServiceNow certification preferred • 6+ years of project management experience, including managing large, complex projects with multiple workstreams and project resources • Experience managing ServiceNow implementation, consolidation, migration, or other enterprise technology initiatives preferred • Experience managing project scope, budget, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications • Experience leading project governance and steering committee meetings and working directly with senior stakeholders • Healthcare project management experience preferred • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
