📋 Description

• Provide project-specific administrative support to facilitate efficient project-team operations • Coordinate and manage project resources, including oversight of contractor staff and equipment • Oversee day-to-day use of project resources, ProSidian staff level of effort, and equipment • Maintain and organize the project filing system • Ensure administrative aspects of the project remain current, functional, and well-structured • Collaborate with the Project Director and other team members • Prepare project materials and reports for timely delivery and compliance with guidelines • Organize meetings and coordinate travel arrangements • Oversee project administration tasks and logistics • Support a comprehensive NHTSA survey project examining drivers' attitudes and behaviors related to alcohol and non-alcohol drug use • Contribute to research intended to improve road safety and reduce impaired-driving risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field • Minimum of 2–3 years' practical experience in administrative roles • Demonstrated proficiency and experience in administrative roles, particularly within project-oriented environments • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team setting • Ability to initiate, develop, and maintain mutually beneficial client relationships • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical reports or journals • Ability to respond to internal and external client inquiries • Ability to write scopes of work, budget estimates, schedules, reports of findings, proposals, correspondence, and other technical documents • Ability to present information effectively to top management, clients, public groups, and/or boards of directors • Clear vision and depth perception • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Ability to remain sharp, focused, and alert during site inspections, client interactions, and report preparation • Ability to interact and communicate with clients at all levels • Must understand and communicate in both written and spoken Spanish and English in the specialized field of Transportation Engineering • High level of analytical skills • Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills • U.S. citizenship required • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe • Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word preferred for the ideal candidate • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio • Must meet established work-product quality, documentation, ethics, milestone, and delivery standards • No H-1B or TN visa sponsorship available • Background checks may include criminal, employment, education, licensure, credit, and motor vehicle checks; drug testing may apply to designated positions
