📋 Description

• Manage Deltek Costpoint timesheets, including floor checks and follow-up • Collect, validate, correct, and import timesheets into Costpoint • Calculate SCA Health & Welfare and allowance lines • Compute and post leave accruals in Costpoint • Support multi-state payroll for SCA and non-SCA populations under the Accounting Manager • Support payroll through ADP Workforce Now, Run, or equivalent, including Costpoint-to-payroll imports and exports • Set up new employees in Costpoint and ADP when applicable • Administer time settings, workforces, approval groups, and initial logins • Manage and track PARs for pay and status changes • Collect and file payroll reports and assist with post-payroll General Ledger imports • Monitor incentives or advances to recover from terminated employees • Perform insurance reconciliations and reporting • Provide audit support and prepare ad hoc Costpoint labor and payroll reports • Process invoices and enter them into Accounts Payable • Process payments by check, wire, ACH, or online methods • Monitor and process expense reports and administer the expense module • Document Costpoint and payroll procedures in written SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint for labor, timesheets, payroll-related setup, and reporting • Direct experience supporting SCA employees, including H&W, prevailing wage / WD concepts, and SCA leave or fringe handling • Working knowledge of multi-state payroll • Basic understanding of full-cycle accounting, especially Payroll, and how payroll flows into the General Ledger • Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills • Ability to create and maintain process documentation • Associate degree or higher, or equivalent payroll / accounting experience • Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time schedule and meet payroll deadlines • ADP payroll experience preferred • Government contract / GovCon accounting experience preferred • Prior experience with Costpoint Time & Expense administration at scale preferred • Experience with off-cycle / final checks, supplemental payroll, and terminated-employee processing preferred • Must be available around key payroll cycle dates as directed by the Accounting Manager • Employment offer contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screen
