📋 Description

• Partner with clients to solve complex identity and access management challenges • Develop lasting relationships with client personnel • Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants • Participate in the preparation of client proposals and strategies to win new business • Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Management Information Systems, Computer Science, etc.) • 5+ years working in identity and access management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications (specific emphasis on Word, Excel, PowerPoint; secondary emphasis on Visio and Access) • Demonstrated hands-on experience with identity tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta) • Professional Certification such as identity vendor certifications preferred • Experience delivering strategic IAM and/or PAM Program advisory support including assessment, strategy, and roadmap development • Knowledge of directory technologies (e.g., Microsoft Entra AD, LDAP) • Understanding of software development lifecycle and change management practices
