📋 Description

• Develop best practices to make patient access processes efficient for patients and caregivers • Analyze and document existing workflows • Use data to drive discovery work • Develop performance tracking tools • Assist in implementing solutions that improve efficiencies and standardize and optimize Patient Market Experience workflows • Audit processes and procedures • Coordinate compliance-related information and reporting of highly sensitive HIPAA data • Recommend optimization opportunities • Bridge gaps across the enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years knowledge of revenue cycle principles including patient access and pre services • 2 years experience in revenue cycle workflows • Ability to analyze and document existing workflows • Ability to use data for discovery work • Ability to develop performance tracking tools • Experience auditing processes and procedures • Experience coordinating compliance-related information and reporting highly sensitive HIPAA data • Knowledge of patient access and pre-services processes
