📋 Description

• Run and maintain an enterprise-wide service across a business unit • Drive technical, process, and continuous improvement initiatives • Resolve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Create a vision, build consensus, and drive teams toward results • Provide leadership, teaching, coaching, and organizational development • Anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management • Make trade-offs and balance business needs against resource and technical constraints • Partner with stakeholders and deliver better services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent education/experience • 8 years of progressively increasing responsibility in management-level experience in project, program, product and/or people management, focused on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related management • Master's degree in a listed or related discipline, preferred • 5 years of familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, and Power BI, preferred • 5 years of experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations, preferred
