📋 Description

• Prioritize issues of varying severity and manage resolution or escalation within accepted service levels • Configure and implement applications, with a heavy focus on Linux • Manage cases efficiently within the ticketing system • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve issues • Update managers and the management team on ticket status as required • Work with cloud tools including Apache, Tomcat, Zabbix, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SALT, SQLDeveloper, Apache Directory Studio, and VMWare • Support after-hours configuration changes and scheduled monthly maintenance activities

🎯 Requirements

• Application configuration and implementation with a heavy focus on Linux • Experience/knowledge of cloud tools such as Apache, Tomcat, Zabbix, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SALT, SQLDeveloper, Apache Directory Studio, and VMWare • Experience/knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems • Availability to work occasional nights and weekends for after-hours configuration changes and scheduled monthly maintenance activities • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment-based immigration sponsorship from PTC
