📋 Description

• Develop an understanding of customer business and decision-making motivations • Connect technology solutions to measurable customer business outcomes • Partner with account managers and specialists to drive revenue growth • Lead evaluations, benchmarks and system configurations • Build and deliver technical product presentations to customers • Translate customer needs into innovative solutions • Promote collaboration with product and technical marketing • Stay current with competition and market trends • Lead by example living the Pure Values.

🎯 Requirements

• Pre-sales experience is required • 5 or more years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications • Deep understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions • Familiarity with modern web architecture (LAMP stack, microservices architecture) • Prior experience targeting new prospects and converting them into clients • Superior knowledge of current and emerging storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN) • Previous experience with Linux, NFS file systems and Linux distributed network environment • Strong knowledge of digital transformation to a Cloud Native architecture • Knowledge of VMware, Local Area Networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP and general networking • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, k8s and microservices architectures a plus • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
