📋 Description

• Serve as a point of contact for Channel Partners and Account Managers • Proactively market subscription opportunities and resolve relationship issues • Communicate company messages and value propositions verbally and in writing • Identify at-risk accounts and develop mitigation and closure plans • Review and validate installed base reports • Manage programs to maximize company revenue and resolve customer contract issues • Research original business transactions and prepare details for renewal recommendations • Manage an assigned quota • Optimize renewal rate, attach rate, and term • Quote subscription renewal opportunities for the assigned territory • Develop renewal strategy and processes for the assigned territory • Manage and forecast the subscription pipeline • Create renewal programs with the Marketing Manager • Communicate process changes and improvements • Track all activity in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 2+ years prior subscription sales experience • 2+ years prior customer service experience • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player • High integrity, ethics and humility • Ability to build and maintain credibility with cross-functional teams • Highly organized with strong time management skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Self-starter who pursues improvement ambitiously • Solid Salesforce aptitude • Advanced computer skills, including Excel, MS Access, and SQL queries • Organizational, follow-up, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Proven track record of success • Must be eligible to work in the United States of America
